My Story
I’m Shanay, a Black American wanderer and travel storyteller who believes the world is my classroom. Known for my poise, confidence, and “out-of-the-box” thinking, I felt a need for drastic change. Thus deciding to pack up my life, bid farewell to friends and family, and move to Morocco for the opportunity to experience a different language, and culture.
That decision ultimately changed the direction of my seemingly normal life. Morocco challenged me and pushed me to think, speak, and view the world as a global citizen.
I’m curious by nature. It’s my creative thinking, visionary perspective, and open-mindedness that make me an outgoing global citizen and a valuable resource for those who are seeking to follow in my footsteps. It is my strong belief that because I am loved I can do what I love.
To work with me as a creator is like experiencing a fluid movement of people, places, and things. I have an idea and I bring it to life.
